Anyone with some familiarity or curiosity with the Enneagram is welcome to attend and no pre-registration or consecutive attendance is necessary. This is an opportunity to learn, share and explore Enneagram topics. We begin each class with a few minutes of questions followed by a brief centering meditation. Lecture begins at 6:45 and ends with small group discussion. By cultivating an inner stance of kindness and curiosity we learn to practice being aware of our Personality Type as we go about our day. The purpose is to support the inner witness so that we are holding our Personality Type, rather than it holding us. This allows us to grow into a more grounded and centered presence where the gifts of our true nature may unfold.
The 2017/2018 series will focus on different Triads and topics within the Enneagram so each Personality Type will be addressed in some form each month. Open to all levels of experience.
