“I found the presentations to be very interesting, and the format held my attention. I loved the way that one teacher would present a short, discrete section of information that flowed right into the other teacher’s presentation, and that the teachers would alternate like that throughout all of the “lecture” parts of the workshop. That format helped me to quickly understand the flow of the information being presented and signaled to me when a new idea was being presented. What a beautiful and effective method of co-teaching!
I am also very grateful for how the teachers made themselves available before the start of the session each day and during breaks. I usually have a hard time asking an individual a question, but I found it very easy to access the teachers to ask a question about my own personal situation. The information I obtained was invaluable to me. Thank you!”

” I love Lisa nd Connie’s teaching style of going back and forth in a planned way. The way they respond to questions is so generous and helpful too; they meet the questioner wherever they are and respond with generosity, love, and affirmation.”

“I asked Connie and Lisa to design a series of three two-hour programs on the Enneagram to be presented to students preparing for leadership vocations in the Church. My goals were to help students understand the Enneagram as a tool for their own self-understanding, help in interpreting how they function best in leadership, and an aid in understanding group dynamics in a congregation.
From the first set of presentations, it was clear that Connie and Lisa were in complete command of their material. By the second round of presentations, I was pleased to see how they had tailored their presentations to match the background of our students, the broader context of leadership that I was trying to build into the course, and even the fact that the class met late in the evening!”

From the feedback form;
What did you find most enjoyable, interesting, and useful?
“Enjoyable – was the group dynamics, the style and approach of the presenters.
Interesting – focusing on the triads with the desires, integration moves, etc. was very helpful.
Useful – going deeper with familiar material”
Any comments about the style and approach of the teacher?
“Both balanced a professional approach but were accessible and made the experience fun. Each was also available “above and beyond” for personal questions and receiving the stories/searchings of several participants.”
Any comments on the venue, pacing, or other practical matters?
“Zoom – it’s a long weekend to be on Zoom, but they did a good job adjusting for that reality with good breaks and good pacing.”– Daniel P.

“Connie and Lisa are soooo knowledgeable about the Enneagram. I especially enjoyed it when they went off-script to answer questions and add their insights and experience.” — Debra Griest
“For four years now I have been attending the monthly Enneagram conferences by Connie Frecker and Lisa Bueche. They are enormously helpful, both for self-discovery and for learning how to understand the behavior and motivations of others. It’s rare to come away from a monthly meeting without new and practical insight into the conduct of life. Lisa and Connie have also presented to my Ohio State second-year students on several occasions–students find their presentations enjoyable and clarifying.”

“Thank you and Connie so much for Saturday’s workshop! It was so well done and personally very helpful to me. I gained some insight into myself and my relationships through your enneagram talk. I’d forgotten what a powerful and transformative tool it is. I’d be interested in your next enneagram workshop. With blessings and gratitude,”
